The Extra Mile: the Oxford School is planning:
1. Remedial Classes
To enable slow learners to become apace with the Grade level, remedial classes are organized after school hours. These classes aim at checking the grey areas and inturn, instilling confidence in the students to improve the score. They are conducted subject- wise. Individual attention is root of success of remedial classes. These classes are specially beneficial for students who do not get support at home. Remedial classes also help us to save our students from the menace of tuition.
2. Preparation for Competitive Examinations
Experienced and trained faculty is invited to school for helping the students for various entrance examinations after Class-XII. The performance of the students is regularly monitored. They are guided by the experts to acquire a good rank in various competitive examinations like IIT, CET, AIIPMT, PMT etc. All this is done to provide everything to our students in the school campus. This helps us to keep our students away from worthless profit-oriented institutes.
3. Preparation of Academic Examinations
The Junior School Oxfordites are prepared for various academic examinations like Olympiad, NSTSE, IAIS etc. The children are guided by our faculty, to attempt the question paper within the stipulated time. They are exposed to the pattern of the paper through previous year question papers.
4. Awards for Toppers:
The school management has announced cash awards in the field of academics for class X students and class XII students
The awards are offered with a rider that the students will complete their XII in Oxford School only.
The management recommended that similar cash awards might be extended to sports persons who might get positions at national and state level Sports.
